Rockstar Still Not Ruling Out Red Dead Redemption PC

In its latest ‘Asked & Answered’ column, Rockstar has responded to fan pleas for a PC version of Red Dead Redemption. Unfortunately, while the company refrained from ruling out the possibility, it doesn’t look like it’ll happen anytime soon.
Rockstar also made it point to reinforce its commitment to the platform, pointing out that LA Noire and Max Payne 3 are PC bound.
“We do know that, yes, there is just one title absent from our PC release plans – that game of course being Red Dead Redemption, and of course we’re well aware that some fans have been asking for it. All we can say is that whenever it is viable (technically, developmentally and business-wise) for us to release a game for PC (or any other particular platform) – we will and we usually do; unfortunately, that is just not the case 100% of the time for all platforms,” wrote the company.
While it’s not exactly what we’d hope to hear, it’s better than nothing. If the stars align, it seems we could see RDR on PC at some point.
