Remember when CyberConnect2 made that crazy game, Asura’s Wrath? While it relied heavily on quick time events, the game was lauded for its engaging gameplay and kick-ass cinematic style. Now, the studio is working on a new project to be published by Namco Bandai exclusively for the PlayStation 3.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle is an upcoming game based on the popular Japanese manga, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. While fighting games based on the franchise have been released in the past, we can probably expect All Star Battle to play a bit differently considering CyberConnect2 will be adding its own personal touch to it.
Judging from the trailer, the game looks to be a loud fighter with really cool 3D cel-shaded graphics. The game will also be based on an upcoming anime series due out this year, reports Joystiq. It should be noted that All Star Battle is currently only confirmed for Japan, but let’s hope fans of the series get to experience this fighter here in North America, too.
