You Can Now Pre-Order the Ouya

After surpassing $8.5 million in pledges, the Ouya console has been funded on Kickstarter, and the campaign has officially closed. But now that the Android gaming system has reached that landmark, it’s time to look to the future. So you can’t get the Ouya through Kickstarter anymore. What do you do? You pre-order your very own console straight from the development team, that’s what!

Pre-orders are priced at $109. That’s $99 plus the $10 shipping fee for the Ouya console and a snazzy controller. It should be noted, though, that international pre-orders are priced at $119, which isn’t too much pricier.

So, who’s getting an Ouya? I’m really interested in the console, and I’ll definitely be snagging one down the road. Looks like I’m going to have to start saving up my change to put down my pre-order soon.
