Rumor: GTA V Drops Spring 2013, PC Release Might Be Later
by Mike Bendel on October 27, 2012 @ 8:14 pm

Rockstar has been mum on a possible release date for GTA V, but according to a snapshot of a promotional pre-order poster that has found its way online courtesy of polish site GTA-Five.pl, the company is targeting Spring 2013. This isn’t too surprising given the lack of information surrounding the title as of late, outside the usual trickle of screenshots.
The poster also outs platform specifics, mentioning only an Xbox 360 and PS3 release. A PC logo is nowhere to be found, suggesting that we won’t see a simultaneous release across all platforms, just like GTA IV.
Rockstar’s most recent release – Max Payne 3, graced the PC only weeks after its console equivalents. Unfortunately, it seems there will be a larger gap with GTA V, given absence of a mention on marketing materials.
