Ni no Kuni Wrath of the White Witch

So, RPG fans, did you pick up your copy of Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch this morning? The latest effort from developer Level-5 has launched, and it looks like it may just take up quite a bit of your time. A lot of reviewers have thus far stated that there’s loads of content, which is certainly nice.

While I’ve yet to dig into the game myself, I’ve heard plenty of folks talk about how Ni no Kuni harks back to old school JRPG design. If that’s your thing, you’ll likely dig the game, it seems. I haven’t played a good old fashioned JRPG in some time, so I’m quite excited to play Ni no Kuni for myself.

Also, that art! Seriously, this game looks amazing, and it’s evident that Studio Ghibli went all out to create a world that’s right on par with its anime hits such as My Neighbor Totoro, Castle in the Sky, Kiki’s Delivery Service, and so many others.

If you’ve already delved into the world of Ni no Kuni, what are your thoughts so far? No spoilers!
