The next entry in the Arkham series of Batman games has been revealed in a not-so-extravagant manner. According to CVG, a Warner Bros. earnings call for 2013 listed a new crime-fighting adventure for the Dark Knight of Gotham City.

“We expect [digital home video revenue] to grow close to 20 percent in 2013,” stated the publisher. “And we also have a strong games release this year, which will include the next release in the Batman Arkham franchise.”

Whether this upcoming game will be the previously mentioned Silver Age of comic books rendition of Batman’s adventures is unknown as of this writing. Additionally, rumors are floating around the good ol’ internet that Rocksteady will not be involved with the project.
