Ubisoft: South Park: The Stick of Truth Still ‘Scheduled’ for 2013 Launch

South Park: The Stick of Truth was due out this month while THQ was acting as the title’s publisher. Obviously that’s changed now that the company no longer owns the project, but new publisher Ubisoft has stated that the upcoming game will still launch sometime in 2013.
Speaking to VideoGamer, a company representative explained that there was nothing new to comment on surrounding The Stick of Truth, though the game will arrive this year. With projects such as Watch Dogs, Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, and Splinter Cell Blacklist clearly on Ubisoft’s priorities list, it isn’t surprising that the South Park game it purchased from THQ isn’t the primary focus of its efforts.
