Titanfall Dev Warns About Fake Beta Scammers

Titanfall

With so many people incredibly eager to play the hell out of Titanfall, it would make plenty of sense for some folks to hope to jump into an early beta. If you do find any offers for early access to the game, however, just steer clear of them, because they’re all scams — every single one of ‘em!

A warning against beta swindlers was tweeted a few days ago on the official Titanfall Twitter account, saying, “To help keep our fans safe from scammers, please note that all sites advertising Beta access are 100% scams. #BePCSafe #Titanfall”

So there you have it. Just stay away from anything that invites you to join a beta for Titanfall, unless you like bad things on your computer. When EA and developer Respawn Entertainment are ready to launch an actual beta for the upcoming game, the announcement will be much more public.
