Delta and Nintendo bring game demos to Airports

Let’s face it, no one likes airports. You rush off to catch your early flight and what are you treated to? Overpriced food, long lines, restrooms that are usually closed for cleaning, and a bunch of angry people who are in the same boat as you.

Delta and Nintendo are at least trying to make the airport experience a little more enjoyable, by providing customers access to free video game demos for the Nintendo DS at Delta terminals across the US, including New York’s JFK International Airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport, and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport. The service is already active and will be updated periodically with new demos appealing to gamers of all-ages.

While it’s great and all that airports are now getting these download stations, I wonder when Nintendo will start to offer DS demos through the WiiConnect24 service, so we can download DS demos straight to the Wii and then transfer them over via WiFi to the DS.
