Call of Duty 4 Sells Through 13 Million Units

Activision truly owes it to Infinity Ward for catapulting the success of the Call of Duty franchise. In a recent conference call, company CEO Mike Griffith revealed that sales of Modern Warfare have overstepped the 13 million mark. That figure is based on a combined total of units shifted across all platforms.
This success is leading Activision to carry bold expectations for the sequel, which the company claims is destined to become the best-selling game of all time.
