New PS3 SKU Surfaces

Following various reports from industry insiders who claimed that a 40GB PS3 model was due out in time for the holidays, a listing on the FCC search pages has revealed model number CECHG01, which is a new PS3 SKU currently under FCC testing.
Could this be the rumored 40GB PS3?
