Updated: Custom Firmware Extender 1.6

Cpasjuste has released an update to the multi-featured Custom Firmware Extender, a custom firmware plugin that allows users to access USB mass storage at startup, take screenshots in the XMB or while playing a UMD game, and now even capture in-game videos!

Noteworthy changes in version 1.5 include compatibility with the newly released custom firmware 3.71 M33, and support for accessing the fifth brightness level on PSP Slim units. You can find the complete changelog below.

Update: Cpasjuste has released version 1.6, it is a minor update featuring a new usbhostfs method as well as various bug fixes. Thanks porchemasi for the tip!

– Default vsh cpu speed is 222mhz, default game speed is set to 333mhz. You must set the cpu speed to default
in the m33 recovery menu for on the fly “overclocking”.

– Temporarily removed configuration file due to incompatibility problems with fw 3.71
– Temporarily removed remotejoy video capture due to incompatibility problems with fw 3.71
