Poster Outs Modern Warfare 3 Release Date: November 8

As expected, it looks like Modern Warfare 3 is going head-to-head with Battlefield 3 this November. A promotional poster of the anticipated shooter has hit the net courtesy of IGN, revealing a launch date: November 8. It’s worth pointing out that the poster was sourced from Australia, but given that previous Call of Duty entires have seen simultaneous launches across the globe, it’s likely this is a worldwide date.
Last week, Infinity Ward went public with the first teaser trailer of the title. More details are expected within the coming weeks as we approach E3, which kicks off June 7.
