As no high-profile Final Fantasy release would be complete without a myriad of pre-order bonuses, Square Enix has detailed a list of items that await those who reserve their copy of Final Fantasy XIII-2 at participating retailers in North America. The goods range from DLC to a fancy hardcover book.
On the DLC front, pre-ordering from GameStop will net you a alternate costume for Serah, while Amazon purchasers will be granted “a unique coliseum battle against boss enemy “Omega,” who joins the player’s party afterward.”
Moreover, those who side with Best Buy will receive a hardcover book entitled Final Fantasy XIII –Episode i– novella, which is billed as an original story that ties together events that transpired in XIII and XIII-2.
