EA: PS3 To Outsell Xbox 360 In 2008

According to Electronic Arts’ financial estimates, Sony will sell around 4.5 to 5.5 million PlayStation 3 consoles in the US and 5 to 6 million units in Europe this year. In total, that comes to approximately 9.5 to 11.5 million units sold for the duration of 2008.
On the flip side, EA predicts that the Xbox 360 will perform similar in the US, but expects Microsoft to only push between 1.5 and 2.5 million units in Europe, which brings the total between 6 and 8 million units for the entire year.
