When publisher Marvelous AQL releases the new Vita version of Muramasa: The Demon Blade in Japan next year, the game will feature exclusive DLC not seen in the original Wii edition. At the moment, we don’t really know all that much about the add-on content save for the fact that it’ll be titled The Mysterious Legend of the Genroku Era.

Now, though, a little more is known about Muramasa on the Vita. According to a translated report on Siliconera, the planned DLC will offer four new scenarios in the game. These sequences will star four new characters, all of which will sport full voice acting.

Muramasa is currently scheduled to release on the Vita in Japan in March 2013. Let’s hope New Little King’s Story isn’t the only instance of a kick-ass Wii game getting some love on Sony’s current handheld. I’m certain a lot of folks would love to play some Muramasa on the Vita.
