Grand Theft Auto IV Episodic Content Delayed

In its second quarter fiscal 2008 financial results report, publisher Take-Two revealed that the first installment of episodic content for the Xbox 360 edition of Grand Theft Auto IV has been pushed back to the company’s first quarter of fiscal 2009, which runs through November 1, 2008 to January 31, 2009.
The exclusive downloadable content was previously scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008.
According to Take-Two, the reasoning behind the delay was to “provide a better balance in Take-Two’s release schedule.”
