Xbox One to Enhance Skype and TV Features

Microsoft is hoping to further push its presence as an entertainment company. The recently announced Xbox One will feature a Skype component, but it’ll also include specialized TV functionality.
The Guide will create what Microsoft is calling “intelligent TV.” Users will be able to switch between their favorite shows and channels using the Guide’s voice recognition. Additionally, the console will allow Xbox One owners to seamlessly go from games to TV and so on.
In addition to the TV functionality, the Xbox One will immediately power on when users say, “Xbox On,” and they’ll be able to see all of the contents of the Dashboard such as music, movies, and more.
