The ESRB has given the upcoming Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies an M rating. The news was confirmed by Capcom in a recent statement to Joystiq.

According to the publisher and developer, the reason for the M rating is “due to the nature of the various crimes and storylines in this latest title in the series.” Additionally, the ESRB’s description lists “Blood, Violence, Suggestive Themes, Language.”

As previously revealed, Dual Destinies will launch on the 3DS eShop sometime in the fall.
