Capcom has revealed that the upcoming Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies will be available beginning October 24. The company previously revealed that the game would land in North America in the fall, but now we have a hard date, which is always good news.

Dual Destinies follows the adventures of the titular Phoenix Wright, who’s also being joined by Apollo Justice and newcomer Athena Cykes. Athena, an associate attorney, will have the ability to psychoanalyze witnesses’ emotions, adding a new layer to the series.

The game, which follows up the long-running courtroom-themed visual novel/adventure series will hit the 3DS eShop for $29.99 when it launches next month.
