Sega took to Twitter yesterday and teased a new addition to the Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed lineup of characters. It seems that the crossover racer will now feature Ryo Hazuki of Shenmue fame.

According to Destructoid, the protagonist will be readily available in the iOS and Android versions of Transformed, which launch tomorrow. Where does this leave owners of the current home platform and 3DS versions? Sadly, that’s still under wraps.

Of course, the coolest thing about this whole reveal is the fact that Ryo is driving a freaking arcade cabinet car! So rad!
