Borderlands 2

Well, it was about time, wasn’t it? As announced by the PlayStation Twitter account, Borderlands 2 will now offer cross-save support on the PlayStation 3 and Vita, which is undoubtedly awesome news if you own both versions of the game.

I mean, sure, you still have to buy both editions of Borderlands 2. But if you were going to do so anyway, at least you can transfer your saves so you can shoot and loot seamlessly across the two platforms.

Now, about that two-player co-op limit on the Vita … I guess we can’t win ’em all, right? Cross-save functionality is still a pretty sweet deal, though.
