PSP Weather v2.0b Update

In a hurry to check up on the future forecast before heading out? No problem! MCDongle has the answer with an updated release of his weather-reporting application, pspWeather. He notes that this a small update, with the addition of standard and metric units when using the pspWeather keyboard. Future updates are to include WPA and multi-language support.
