Golden Axe Beast Rider Dated, Hits October 17

By way of an updated release schedule from publisher SEGA, Secret Level’s Golden Axe Beast Rider has been pegged for a October 17 launch date on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
A prequel to the 1989 Genesis original, the title is a single player hack n’ slash starring amazon warrior Tyris Flare. There’s no cooperative mode present in this installment, which to say the least, is unfortunate. What’s Golden Axe without co-op? We’ll find out on the 17th, I suppose.
