Who is on FIRE? v0.4

Guyver2, Yan2yan and Genevois have released a new version of their homebrew game, Who is on Fire. The objective of this game is simply to rescue some poor penguins who are trapped inside a burning building while setting out hazardous fires. How reminiscent of the old Game & Watch gallery mini-game Fire.
Changes include animation improvements and various bug fixes.
