EA: Mirror’s Edge 2 On Frostbite 2 ‘Eventually’

EA’s Frank Gibeau has reportedly told Gametrailers that the company is still looking into developing a sequel to DICE’s well-received parkour adventure Mirror’s Edge. What’s more, is that Gibeau says we’ll “eventually” see it running on Frostbite 2, the engine that powers Battlefield 3.

BioWare’s Casey Hudson revealed at the EA press conference today that Mass Effect 3 will be arriving on store shelves worldwide on March 6th, 2012. This title’s entry into the series marks the first simultaneous release across all three platforms.

Battlefield 3 Dated for October 25

EA’s pinned an October 25 release date on Battlefield 3, 2 weeks earlier than Modern Warfare 3. The company also revealed plans for a multiplayer beta, which is scheduled to kick off later this September. No details were spared in regards to the sign-up process.
