Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes

In news that’s sure to please PlayStation 4 owners, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will appear on your TV sets at a nice resolution of 1080p when played on Sony’s latest platform. Also, in news that may not exactly please all Xbox One owners, the game will run at 720p on Microsoft’s new machine. The visual specs were detailed by Konami on a product page.

Don’t worry, though; it’s not all bad news — not that this is really bad news (for some, at least). Both versions of Ground Zeroes will run at 60 frames per second, which should please all newer gen console owners. If you’re playing the game on the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3, however, that number goes down to 30 frames per second.

In addition, Japan is getting a special PlayStation 4 bundle that comes packed with a copy of Ground Zeroes and a sexy themed PlayStation 4 console. Dubbed Fox Edition, this bundle is priced at 46,980 yen ($459). No word on whether other regions will get this special set just yet.
