The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D isn’t a mere re-imaging of the N64 classic. Nintendo has gone an extra mile towards adding new features, fleshing out the package with a ‘Boss Challenge’ mode.

As its name implies, Boss Challenge pits players against several waves of previous bosses, with the option of fighting each in continuous succession. According to Nintendo, it’s unlocked at a certain point in the game, although they did not say when exactly.

Complementing this mode is the previously announced Master Quest, which is a slightly altered variation of the original quest, boasting rearranged dungeons designed to pose more of a challenge to seasoned players.
