Some interesting new developments have surfaced for anyone even remotely interested in PlayStation Mobile. A number of games have been revealed for the platform, which will be compatible across Android devices and the Vita, and a few of them look really interesting.

As listed on the PlayStation UK site, some of the upcoming titles for the service included Super Crate Box, Aqua Kitty, and Passing Time. You can check out the full list and details on each game on the PlayStation site. As a fan of compact indie titles, I think there’s plenty of potential for some studios to shine on PlayStation Mobile. Throw in the confirmed Trophy support, and you’ve got a digital platform that’s sure to entice plenty of gamers.

PlayStation Mobile is set to launch in North America this year. Here’s hoping some cool devs get behind the platform and create worthwhile handheld experiences. PlayStation Mobile could work with the right games and an actual standard for quality.
