Two more gaming magazines will soon meet their demise. Future US announced that both Xbox World and PSM3 will cease publication. According to a report on CVG, December 12 will be the day both magazines launch their final issues.

“This decision has been taken as Future continues to focus on its strategy on accelerating digital growth across its international digitally focused brand business,” stated the publisher. “Future continues to publish the highly successful Official Magazines for Xbox and PlayStation.”

For the latter, however, that will soon change as Future US also recently announced that PlayStation: The Official Magazine would be no more. The cancellation of these magazines along with Nintendo Power marks the end of four long-running gaming news publications this year alone.
