Much like any highly-anticipated Xbox 360 release, Gears of War: Judgment received the “leaked treatment” with copies of the final game leaking online a full month prior to its release.

It should really come as no surprise to us that the game was leaked – all major Xbox 360 titles in the past few years have been leaked far ahead of their launch dates. Gears of War, Halo and Call of Duty have all been victims. Those with modified boxes will be able to play the leaked game but Microsoft is, like in all the other cases, cracking down hard on violators.

Most likely expedited by the leaked nature of the game, a new multiplayer trailer featuring the game’s new weapons and several new (more vertical!) maps was released today. You can catch the trailer right at the bottom of this post.
