It’s official: the PS4 is launching across 32 territories this holiday season. It’ll land November 15 in North America, with a European launch following a few weeks later on November 29. Sony Computer Entertainment CEO Andrew House delivered the news just moments ago at this year’s Gamescom presser.

In related news, those that purchase the PS3 versions of select launch titles that are also hitting the PS4 will be eligible to receive a “significant discount” on the digital PS4 equivalent. This offer covers Call of Duty Ghosts, Battlefield 4, Watch Dogs, and Assassin’s Creed 4. While there’s no word yet on how significant that savings will be, it’s a nice gesture to be sure.
