Well, well. Looks like that so-called final update wasn’t in fact final, eh? Yes, developer Zack has returned with an update to his PSP-compatible Wolfenstein 3D port, adding a revamped game selection menu which lets players choose between the original Wolf3D and the expansion Spear of Destiny. Additionally, tempos are more accurate and a bug that caused save files to randomly corrupt has now been fixed. The complete changelog can be found past the jump.

* Re-Wrote gameloader so it doesn’t use fixed paths. You can now put Wolf_3D in any game folder . * Zack.
* Full Re-Write Of Gameloader. No music or sound effects and faster game selection (+ smaller download size as a result). * Zack.
* Added “Confirm” Option to Gameloader. It now confirms you want to load the game so if you press it by mistake on the wrong game you don’t have to reset to xmb and start over. * Zack.
* Save/Load bug fixed (we think). * Chilly Willy.
* Music now plays at tempo most remember it at. * Zack.
* Difficulty selection bug fixed. * Zack.

As with the previous release, note that if you are using game files from the floppy version of Wolf3D, make sure to apply the patch provided below before running the game.
