Atlus keeps on caving into the demands of us PSP-trotting RPG fans with the announcement that Shin Megami Tensei: Persona is due for a stateside release on the portable later this fall.

A remake of 1996’s PSOne hit, the PSP edition of Persona features a completely redone script and content never before seen in North America. Also promised are vaguely mentioned “gameplay enhancements and additions new to the remake.” A fresh coat of paint should do well to entice those that missed the original into playing, as well as fans that want to relive the experience in a new light.
