Epicenter Brings Firefighters To Wii
by June 21, 2007 @ 2:25 pm

Today Epicenter Studios announced the development of Real Heroes: Firefighter (tentative title) exclusively for the Nintendo Wii. Players will take control of a rookie firefighter, who has been assigned to work at a busy metropolitan fire station.
Real Heroes will be powered by Epicenter’s “Thinking Fire” technology, allowing for incredibly realistic flames that will seem almost alive as they not only attack structures, potential victims and firefighters, but also cause unexpected environmental dangers.
The Wii Remote will be used in a variety of ways, ranging from spraying down fires with your hose and hacking down doors with your axe, to prying victims loose from wrecked cars with the Jaws of Life.
Real Heroes: Firefighter is set for a holiday 2008 release.
