In celebration of Half-Life 2’s OSX debut, Valve has knocked 30 percent off the regular price of the entire HL2 saga on Steam. Additionally, all three HL2 titles now boast Steam Cloud support — allowing players to seamlessly resume their progress across multiple machines as save data is stored on a remote cluster of servers. Meanwhile, HL2 and Episode One have been updated to include over 40 new achievements.
Not to be overshadowed by Valve’s gratuitous efforts, sci-fi MMO expansion EVE Online: Tyrannis is due for a release on the service later today, representing Steam’s first day-and-date release for the Mac and PC.
