2K Games is inviting gamers back to the bandit-ridden Borderlands universe, nearly ten months following its debut. A fourth DLC offering, dubbed Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution, sees players team with an unlikely ally – the Hyperion Corporation.
In a bid to crush an ever-amassing army of homicidal Claptraps, players are tasked with taking down the leader of the uprising forces, a skillful kung-fu pundit known as the Ninja Assassin.
“A year later, we are releasing our fourth DLC installment, Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution, which illustrates our enthusiasm for creating highly entertaining content that enhances a franchise,” said 2K president Christoph Hartmann.
Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution is due out across digital distribution fronts on PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 this September for the asking price of 800 MS Points, or $9.99.
