by November 4, 2010 @ 11:45 am

Sony’s announced that all US-based PS3 owners will be able to sign up for Hulu Plus next week. Previously, the service was an invite-only affair, limited to PS Plus subscribers.
For the uninitiated, Hulu Plus offers on-demand TV streaming, backed by a catalog comprised of over 27,800 movies and TV episodes from major broadcast studios. Accessible through the “Video” subsection on the XMB, the service will run you $9.99 a month for an all-access subscription.
Additionally, Sony reminds us that Hulu Plus is now available on 2010 BRAVIA HDTVs. Availability is “coming soon” to other Sony products, including Blu-ray players, home theater systems, network media players and DASH.
