WiFi Overclock for 2.71 SE-B

This is a simple mod to set CPU speed depending on the state of the WiFi switch. If the WiFi switch is down before starting a game, your game will run at 333MHz, if not – it’ll run at 222MHz which is the normal speed.
Install by running the eboot included, if you have any other mods already installed make sure you add them to the pspbtcnf_game.txt. Enjoy
