Released on Xbox Live months ago, the HD re-release of Beyond Good & Evil will make its belated debut on the US PSN next week, June 28. Ubisoft calls it the “best version of Beyond Good & Evil HD” on offer, boasting updated visuals and audio. Check out the gameplay reel after the break.

Released to critical acclaim circa 2003, the title borrows exploration elements from Zelda and features a charming art style. A sequel is in development, though Ubi has refrained from sharing any new details following a brief teaser that was shown during the company’s Ubidays media event in 2008.
