According to Famitsu sales figures for the week ending November 18, the PlayStation 3 once again managed to outsell Nintendo’s Wii with 53,000 units sold.

However, it’s unclear if the PS3 will be able to maintain its current lead over the Wii in weekly sales. Comparing sales figures from this week to last week, Wii sales went up by 1,000 units, while PS3 sales went down by 3,000 units.
