Alternative VSHMenu 4.1

Homebrew developer Red Squirrel returns with a minor update to his Alternative VSHMenu plugin for PSP, which adds additional functions to the XMB configuration menu already included in M33’s custom firmware series.
Version 4.1 features a tool that allows users to directly flash plugins to their PSP’s flash memory. Other changes include additional languages, namely German, Italian and French.
