If you want to play as Bayonetta in Sega and Platinum Games’ upcoming brawler Anarchy Reigns, you’re going to have to pre-order the game. It turns out that the sexy witch isn’t available in all copies right from the get-go, which is kind of a bummer for folks who weren’t planning on getting the game at launch.

Aptly titled Anarchy Reigns: Day One Edition, this version of Platinum’s online beat ’em up will also include some additional modes. The first is an aerial mode called Dog Fight, and the second is Mad Survival, known in other games as horde mode.

As of this writing, the Day One Edition has remained exclusive to the UK, but that will likely change soon. The release date for Anarchy Reigns was recently announced, and you can expect the game to arrive on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in North America on January 8 for $29.99.
