European Xbox 360 Price Cut Now Official

Looks like Microsoft was quick to respond to those European price cut rumors yesterday. The company announced that beginning this Friday, September 19, it will cut the price on all 360 revisions in Europe. That means the Arcade is dropping to £129.99, the 60GB Pro will be reduced to £169.99, and the 120GB Elite will fall to £229.99.
The new ERPs are part of Microsoft’s ongoing strategy to open up the ultimate in high-definition gaming and entertainment to an even wider audience, with something for everyone.
Indeedy. Like North America before it, expect this price drop to cause a huge spike in sales.
