"Monster known to have disappeared long ago miraculously returned to the arms of the family. Returned monster is showing severe anxiety and was taken to a nearby hospital and is in a stable condition. It is estimated to have lost the memory due too the shock. Investigating authorities is estimating that the rescued monster's memory will be the clue to find the 31st missing monster."
