Update: The video download service is now live! It is accessible to all North American consumers through the PlayStation Store, either via PC or PlayStation 3. New PSP Entertainment Pack Announced, Includes Ratchet & Clank Size Matters

Sony today announced that a new Ratchet-themed PSP Entertainment Pack will be available later this year.
