This is the advanced version of "I use My Head": Play a decently difficult osu! beatmap only with your head, and catch most notes. If you have Vive Trackers, you can now play Holodance also with your feet. "Fully Tracked" is the achievement you will unlock by playing one song with orbs for your feet (and actually catching some).
