Next Project from Heavy Rain Dev ‘Something Exciting, Different’

The next project from Heavy Rain developer Quantic Dream is a PS3 exclusive. Given the studio’s close ties with Sony, there’s no surprise there. What’s intriguing is that the studio is working on “something exciting, something different,” according to game director David Cage. The aim, he says, is to build on the foundations of Heavy Rain while adding innovation into the mix.

PS3 Firmware 3.72 Live, Improves System Stability

Sony’s released a new system software update for PS3 – firmware 3.72. As perhaps evidenced by the incremental version bump, there’s not much new here, other than behind-the-scenes changes.
