Final Fantasy X HD Vita, PS3 Bound

Square Enix announced at Sony’s pre-TGS presser that Final Fantasy X HD is hitting the Vita and PS3. It’s not clear if this is an upscaled HD port of the PS2 original or a full-on remake. This year marks the game’s tenth anniversary.

EA Announces Starbreeze Developed Syndicate Revival

The cyberpunk genre will see another contender enter the fray later next year. Starbreeze of The Chronicles of Riddick and The Darkness fame is working on a revival of Syndicate, EA announced today. It’s a complete departure from the tactical real-time strategy approach of the original, promising a “brutal sci-fi first-person shooter experience set in a not too distant future.”
